No matter how big or small the project, as an Interior Design Consultant, my mission is to assist my clients in whatever design challenge they may have. A new look doesn’t necessarily require parting with current belongings. I believe in utilizing whatever the client currently owns and wants, while making a few changes in order to bring your look together. As we work together, I enjoy using my training and insight to assist my client in developing a space they most desire, which results in an atmosphere that reflects their own personal taste and preference.
Everyone wants, and deserves, a home that is beautiful, comfortable and serene. It may take a complete renovation to feel at home, or it may be as simple as changing the wall colour or adding a few accent pieces.
Many people think they can’t afford a designer, or that a designer won’t want to work with them unless they are doing a complete renovation – and have an unlimited budget to do it with. I understand this fear, but to me, no job is too small. I offer access to all aspects of interior design, including renovation services. I can act as your link with the contractor to ensure that the renovation is on time and on budget and completed to your satisfaction. Our services include, not only complete renovations, but accessories shopping, furniture design, color consulting, textile and fabric shopping and consulting.
I believe that my role as a professional interior decorator is to be the invisible hand guiding you through your decorating project. I like to say I do personalized interior decorating. I spend a great deal of time learning about my client’s preferences and lifestyles before I prepare a plan for them.
